There are four main roles a workforce vendor and/or a workforce consultant must perform:

1. Create a Comprehensive Workforce Strategy
2. Assist in the execution of a Workforce Implementation Plan
3. Guide, direct, and recommend actions designed to drive completion of workforce milestones
4. Facilitate workforce data collection processes
