Manage Your Workforce Transition With Ease

The DSRIP workforce transition demands rapid communication, integrated recruitment methods, massive training efforts, and partner-friendly data tracking and reporting.

HWapps is designed with the many demands of DSRIP in mind.
Arrow Down Light

Communication

The Community allows for a digital two-way conversation with project leads, partner organizations, and impacted workers, providing a manageable way to share news, communicate information, upload resources, and respond to questions or feedback.

Recruitment

Post job openings, search resumes, and connect with candidates in the Career Center. Impacted workers can search and apply for job openings, upload resumes, and learn about emerging job titles. PPS staff can use the resume upload feature to match candidates to job openings.

Training

Partner organizations can host training courses, search, rate, and discuss local trainings, and track employee progress. The Training Center allows training vendors to upload information about course offerings, giving PPS staff the ability to evaluate what local training resources are available from within and across PPS territories.

Data Tracking and Reporting

Partner organizations can report workforce and training data using an online form. PPS staff can then collect project-specific workforce data across partner organizations, view workforce statistics, and aggregate training data.
