The CNYCC Workforce Workgroup (WFWG) is comprised of community partners who represent the spectrum of health workforce development stakeholders. Workgroup members provide insight and expertise into workforce impacts to assist with workforce planning. The WFWG supports the goal of CNYCC to engage the workforce in understanding and accessing health care transformation opportunities.
Results of the 2015 Nursing and Allied Professionals Workforce Survey. The report summarizes responses from 109 hospitals and health systems across the state on questions related to new healthcare workforce titles and functions in an evolving care delivery system, workforce growth and reductions, recruitment and retention challenges, educational attainment and nursing degree distribution, and vacancy and turnover rates.
The PRAT survey has 11 sections:
Language / PPSs, Managed Care Contracting, Capacity, Patient Centered Medical Home, Primary Care Access, Community-Based Organizations, Workforce, Care Management, IT Readiness Assessment, Project Specific Readiness Assessment, Attestation
