Population Health Management Workforce Planning
There are both administrative (analytical, operational, and financial) and clinical (PC, specialty care, BH, care management and care coordination) workforce requirements to support effective management of a population. This 101 level session will offer tools such as sample organizational charts, job descriptions, and staffing ratios to support partner workforce planning. This session will provide partners with resources required to begin to assess and address their capacity for population health management.
