How do I create a new account?
Step 2) Hover over "Login" in the upper right-hand corner
Step 3) Select "Register"
Step 4) Fill out mandatory fields and click "submit"

How do I register for a course?
Step 1) Login to https://www.hwapps.org/1199tef/
Step 2) Hover over “Training Marketplace" on the main menu
Step 3) Select “Find a Class”
Step 4) Search for the course in the field on the right-hand side
Step 5) Select “Register for this Course” (If you are not logged in or do not have an account, a popup will show up after you click “Register for this Course”. Login here or select “Don’t have an account? Create one”
Step 6) Fill out the registration form
Step 7) Select “Start Course”

How do I reset my password?
Step 2) Hover over “Login” in the upper right-hand corner
Step 3) Select “Lost Password”
Step 4) Enter your username or email address and select “Get New Password”
Step 5) Check your email for a link to reset your password. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your junk/spam folders.
Step 6) Follow the link and reset your password according to the password instructions.
Step 7) If you do not receive a link to reset your password please contact HWapps support at support@hwapps.org
How do I access the course listings?
Step 2) Hover over "Training Marketplace" on main menu
Step 3) Select “Take a Class"
Step 4) Search for courses on the right-hand side by the filter options or by typing in the course name

Why can't I mark a lesson complete?
Step 1) Is the button greyed out? Check for a timer. Some courses will disable the mark complete button until the lesson timer runs out.
Once the timer has elapsed, the mark complete button should no longer be greyed out and should allow you to press it.
Step 2) The mark complete button may not be showing up at all, in this case, it may be that you already completed the lesson.
Go back to the course listing and look for both the progress bar and a green check-mark next to the lesson.
Step 3) If you have tried the above and are still unable to mark the lesson as complete, please contact support at support@hwapps.org

Where can I access my courses?
Step 2) Hover over the icon in the upper right-hand corner
Step 3) Click on your username (which will be next to your icon)
Step 4) On the left-hand side select "Courses" and choose "HWapps 1199TEF Courses" tab.
A list of all of the courses you have registered for can be found here.

Why am I having errors viewing the lesson?
Step 2) If using a different browser does not work, try clearing your cache.
Note: If you are using Chrome, you can clear you cache by clicking on the three dots in the upper-right corner of your browser and selecting “History.”
Step 3) If clearing your cache has not solved the problem, please email HWapps Support at support@hwapps.org
Why can't I see my certificate?
Step 2) If all lessons are marked complete and you are still unable to access your certificate, try refreshing the page or opening the course in another browser.
Step 3) If the above steps do not resolve your problem, you can email HWapps for support at support@hwapps.org
My Account
Where can I edit my account settings?
Step 2) Hover over the square icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page
Step 3) Select “My Account”
Step 4) Go to “Account Settings” where you will have the ability to manage your passwords, email settings, and privacy.

Where can I change my password?
Step 2) Hover over the square icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page
Step 3) Select “My Account”
Step 4) Click on “Settings” and view the “General Tab”
Step 5) Type in a new password, confirm your password, and “Save Changes”
