Millennium Collaborative Care performing provider system (“MCC”) recognizes the importance of compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and the regulations promulgated by the United States Department of Health and Human Services thereunder (“HIPAA”), and federal and state regulations related to the privacy, confidentiality and security of protected health information, electronic protected health information, and Medicaid Confidential Data. This training sets forth the commitment of all Millennium staff.
